i was out from friday-monday(today) with my family in ohio...so they were around me.....24/7 lets jus say i ate like shit..except today when we got home i threw up the dinner my parents made me eat with them at apple bee's. but blahhh...tommarow im guna try n stay under 500 cals. and lots and lots of water.

ahh i just want to be thin!

B-Bagel, low fat cream cheese

L-Medium fries(i know horrible) and a diet coke.

D-a healthy choice meal

S- fat free rice pudding and green tea

E-I ran for about 25 mins

and i always stop eating after 6..cause i read somewhere that its good for you.

tommarow im going to try to only eat a small breakfest and then for the rest of the day have like one of those 100 cal snack packs with lots and lots of water and green tea. and run of course.

 

 

:edit: ok so i usually dont try and make myself throw up bc i dont like doing it...but i ate a piece of pizza and i wanted to throw it up real bad but i didnt try to until like an hour or a little more after eating it and i couldnt get myself to do it was it too late to make me throw up? or maybe im not using the finger trick right lol

hey guys...i feel like shit..i pretty much binged all weekend kinda...it wasnt too bad but deff not good. i ate past 6pm on fri. and sat. damnit. but this week im going to make up for that by eating REALLY good and im only guna drink water starting tommarow and running everyday for at least a mile..so i guess i will see how that goes i know i can do it. i wanna loose 5 pounds in a week..is that reasonable?

but yea this weekend was pretty fun i think i might have a crush on someone ;) ;)

hey i really wrote that entry last night at like midnight so no im not writing twice lol.

anyways...this is what ive had to eat so far 2day

B-an orange, some water half a bagel with low-fat cream cheese.

L- some pretzels, and a small bag of cheetohs, diet coke

D- i think im just gunna warm up a frozel healthy choice meal and drink a buncha water

S- 2 hard boilded eggs

 

soo its not great..but not bad either for just starting what do you guys think?. i think im gunna go running later too.

hey whats up ..im making a secret xanga to talk about my "dieting" well i will tell you a little bit about my self...im 16 yearsold i am a sophmore in highschool...umm im 5'5 and weigh 150 right now (yea i know fat) my goal weight is to reach 130 in like 3 months. so to loose 20 pounds. then over all i probably want to be like 110 pounds. i have started my diet for about two weeks..the only thing i drink is water juice and sometimes diet pop...i drink  A LOT of water it helps flush ya out..hmm lately i think i have been eating a little too much i mean its all healthy food that I eat but I wana cut back on the eating and exersize more. I think I am going to try to only eat one meal a day and maybe a snack or two and drink a bunch of water. yeah but i will update on how things are going..gimme some feed back ppl!
